Every watch you buy is 100% original and is under (2) years of international warranty.

Change and Return Policy

• You can return the products you have bought in 14 days after you received them with prior notice.
• Custom-made and specially designed products among request can’t be returned.
• Destroyed or used products and products with packaging, warranty certificate or any other accessories missing can’t be returned.
• Customer will be refunded to the total amount paid in (10) days after we receive the item returned.
• If any defects are determined on the product it should be reported the same day it is received.

Shipping and Delivery

• Every product you buy will be delivered to your address for free in Turkey. Shipping and handling charges will be paid by the customer for deliveries made abroad.
• The products you buy from “Kurt Jewellery” are packed in a special box with their bag, warranty and standard certificate.
• Shipping companies do not deliver on holidays.
