Every product you buy will come with an internationally recognized “Kurt Jewellery” standard certificate.
All jewellery items are under “Kurt Jewellery” warranty against manufacturing defects for 2 years and will be fixed free of charge.
Change and Return Policy
You can return the products you have bought in 14 days after you received them with prior notice.
Custom-made and specially designed products among request can’t be returned.
Destroyed or used products and products with packaging, warranty certificate or any other accessories missing can’t be returned.
Customer will be refunded to the total amount paid in (10) days after we receive the item returned.
If any defects are determined on the product it should be reported the same day it is received.
Shipping and Delivery
Every product you buy will be delivered to your address for free in Turkey. Shipping and handling charges will be paid by the customer for deliveries made abroad.
The products you buy from “Kurt Jewellery” are packed in a special box with their bag, warranty and standard certificate.
